Comment Fetcher Webhooks in Aliveforms

Aliveforms Comment fetcher webhooks are used to retrieve comment. That can be used for purposes like order tracking and status checking etc.

Prequisites

Comment fetcher webhook requires an existing form setup to show collection id using [[VAR.RES:ID]]. This id is entered on the other form which has comment fetcher webhook integrated.

Setup in Aliveforms

In Aliveforms Integration Editor, Comment Fetcher Webhook integration setup requires

• Id of form of which you want to fetch comment.
• Collection index of the form (on which the integration is applied) which has ID entered.

Applying

Edit the form where you want to use Comment Fetcher webhook. In Applications sections, click on Integrations drop down and select your Comment Fetcher webhook integration and click apply.
